Our Newest Electrical Apprentice

We are continuing to invest in apprenticeships. Welcoming our newest electrical apprentice Cameron.

Cameron is one of 6 apprentices that we currently have studying with one of our college partners Wigan & Leigh college and University Centre.

Demand for apprenticeship places is high and securing a role with a real employer is hard for young people. Every place we open is a local young person learning a trade close to home, on live projects, alongside people who've made the same journey themselves. That's what long-term investment in a place looks like.

Training people locally makes it more likely that those skills stay in the community, creating a lasting legacy that goes well beyond the project itself.
