Building a lasting partnership with Barratt Homes

Works have officially started at Mill Green Meadows, Widnes marking the start of  a new partnership with our client Barratt Homes.

Barratt Homes are known for their energy‑efficient new-build homes and sustainable features, integrating environmental considerations into every stage of construction through their building sustainably framework .

We're carrying out full house plumbing and heating  to the houses supporting the energy efficiency of these homes by installing:

• Daikin UK Air Source Heat Pumps with pre-plumbed cylinders

• Polypipe underfloor heating

• Stelrad Ltd Elite radiators

alongside , sanitaryware, showers and rainwater systems.

We're pleased to be working with Barratt Homes on this project with works running through to spring 2028 and look forward to building on this partnership throughout future contracts.
