Our works began on this exciting project in October 2018 and was completed in March 2019 right on schedule and just in time for the Theatres opening performance of the ‘Phantom of the Opera.
Our M&E works package with an approximate value of £250k included the installation of all mechanical services, including wet heating system, ventilation, air conditioning, full BMS or Building Management Control System, domestic water services and general plumbing works. Our client is thoroughly delighted with our performance on site and the quality of our works which have all been completed to an exceptionally high standard.
The impressive performing arts theatre provides the very latest technology, with an advanced technical booth, offering new spectacular effects and high impact sound. The theatre also has a balcony, box office, dressing rooms and greenroom space area.
