Solar PV, Housing21

We recently undertook a contract for PV Solar installations to 69 social housing occupied bungalows in Oldham, on behalf of our client Housing21

The works included the preparatory works, structural surveys, and the supply & installation of the works. We undertook a full suitability survey for each property including electrical installations & structural requirements.

We liaised with Housing 21 to ensure that all tenants where aware of the works and when their particular property was booked in for the works, this then tied into a program of scaffolders, roofers and the electrical team, these teams undertook the supply & install of the wiring system, invertor, Solar PV Mounting System, Solar Panels and Metering. The entire installation was carried out over a 6 week period, with our team fitting 2-3 systems per day as requested by the client.

Once all works where complete on properties and the correct installation certification was done, we produced the commissioning, certification and MCS Registration for the client. The project was completed in September 2021.
