Willows Edge

The Willows Edge development by our client Story Homes, comprises two, three, four and five bedroom ‘Prestige Specification Homes and a small number of social housing properties at Wrea Green which is situated approximately halfway between Blackpool and Preston.

This being our very first project for Story Homes, we needed to make an excellent first impression and demonstrate the quality of workmanship our plumbers and engineers have to offer. Our site team has certainly achieved this so far with the completion of 55 plots from the total number of 78 on the development and our workers on site receiving several so called ‘Pride in our work Awards from Story Homes for the quality of work they have produced.

Our scope of works on site cover the installation of all above ground rainwater drainage, general plumbing and gas central heating installations, bathroom and kitchen plumbing. With home prices ranging from £325,000 to £500,000, only the highest standard of finish and workmanship is good enough with the very best specification fittings being used throughout.

Our work began on site in August 2017 and depending on sales demand, is due to complete in March 2020.
