RPS Shortlisted Finalist in the H&V News Awards 2023 – for Heat Pump Project of the Year

RPS Group has been shortlisted in the H&Vnews Awards 2023.

Our Decarbonisation of Public Buildings scheme with Salford City Council has been shortlisted for Heat Pump Project of the Year.

The project involved the decarbonisation of 12 key public buildings across the city, including the Civic Centre and the Broughton Hub. Some of the works on the project included the replacement and refurbishment of mechanical and electrical works, and replacing Gas Fired Heating Systems with heat pump technology.

This impressive decarbonisation scheme has not only resulted in a lower carbon footprint for the council but also a reduction in energy costs when compared to the old systems.

We are happy that this amazing project has been recognised and look forward to the awards that are set to take place in November at the London Hilton Metropole!
