Martin Meadows, Cropper Road

Our site team are part way through ‘Phase Three of a large housing development by Wain homes consisting of 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes on the ‘Marton Meadows site near Blackpool. Plumbing works first began on site in July 2015 and are ongoing.

Phase three of this project was awarded to Rothwell Plumbing Services in mid-2018 and was based on our plumbers previous outstanding performance on site covering quality of workmanship, health & safety record and timely completion of all works on phases one and two which were completed in 2018. Our workforce assigned to this site, has provided ongoing dependability for Wain homes and has ensured a consistency of relevant knowledge and experience which has been carried forward into each new property opened up for works. This continuity has helped provide consistency of quality for our client on site.

Our work comprises the installation of all first and second fix general plumbing to bathrooms and kitchens and throughout each home, wet gas central heating systems with high ‘A rated high efficiency boilers with panel radiators and all above ground drainage and rainwater systems. Our consistent delivery of quality, reliability and subsequent on time delivery of every plot, has ensured each new phase of work on this development has been awarded to Rothwell Plumbing Services Ltd.
